COMPLEMENTOS QUEMA- GRASAS
Antes de comenzar a hablar de cuales son y como usar los complementos quema grasas para adelgazar y evitar peso, es importante tener en cuenta lo que nos brinda nuestra madre naturaleza, que a veces por desconocimiento o comodidad no recurrimos a las efectivas solucuciones que ella nos aporta con una amplia gama de plantas llenas de matices, que cumplen funciones benéficas para nuestro organismo.
• L-CARNITINA: es un compuesto orgánico producido de manera natural en el hígado, riñones y cerebro. La forma L es la que se usa como suplemento en los alimentos. Antiguamente conocida como vitamina B11, Las carnes (sobre todo las rojas), la leche y los pescados son los alimentos más abundantes en carnitina.Estimula el cuerpo aumentando la actividad del organismo y gana energía. Cumple una importante función en la oxidación de las grasas. Es un quema grasas bueno para activar la circulación sanguínea, además de que funciona bien en tratamientos del colesterol y los triglicéridos. Proporciona reservas extras de energía, por lo que se utiliza en las dietas de competidores de alto rendimiento físico.
• COLINA (o vitamina B7): se encuentra en
carnes rojas, yema de huevo, soja, arroz, lechuga, garbanzos, interviene en el funcionamiento del sistema digestivo, impidiendo que las grasas se depositen en el hígado, arrastrando las toxinas, limpiándolo. Nutre la piel y los nervios. Es importante en el proceso de conversión de los alimentos en energía.
• HERCAMPURI: es una planta peruana, recomendada por sus propiedades como reductor de colesterol, como desintoxicante, diurético y quema grasas del cuerpo, regulando el metabolismo sin riesgo de causar anorexia. Además, reduce los riesgos de problemas cardio vasculares. Ayuda a eliminar los lípidos de baja densidad de la sangre y tiene acción diurética, la cual normaliza la presión sanguínea. Esta planta ayuda a energizar el organismo debido a que contribuye a balancear el metabolismo ya que mejora la circulación.
• LECITINA: Se encuentra en todas las células
animales y vegetales,es un lípido que contiene ácido fosfórico, ácido graso, glicerol y colina, actúa en la producción de neurotransmisores en el cerebro, este ácido graso regula muchos procesos entre los cuales están la regulación del apetito, el estado de ánimo, el comportamiento y la memoria. Su forma más efectiva es la "fosfatidil colina", su nombre común es Lecitina, la cual actúa en el metabolismo como quema grasas. Los alimentos que la contienen son: yema de huevo, sojas, granos, germen del trigo, pescados, legumbres, levadura y cacahuetes.
•INOSITOL: Es una vitamina que pertenece al grupo B, algunas fuentes vegetales donde se encuentra son: cítricos, nueces, semillas y legumbres. Se utiliza como filtro para que la grasa no penetre el hígado y ocasione una de las afecciones hepáticas más graves (la cirrosis). Es necesario para el buen funcionamiento del sistema nervioso, el cerebro y los músculos. Se encuentra principalmente en forma de fibra, bajo el nombre de ácido pítico -es decir, fosfato de inositol. Este puede ser uno de los principales factores por los cuales una dieta alta en fibras suele ejercer un efecto protector contra el cáncer.
• L-METIONINA: este aminoácido lo podemos
encontrar en la carne, pescado, productos lácteos, huevos, cereales integrales, las nueces, la soja, el germen de trigo, lentejas, garbanzos, sésamo, almendras. Ayuda a transportar la grasa de los depósitos del cuerpo a la célula, transformándola ahí en energía. Cada gramo de grasa que quemamos nos proporciona 9 calorías. Evita el depósito de grasas en arterias y en el hígado.
• PICOLINATO DE CROMO: Es un mineral que se encuentra en la carne de vaca, hígado de ternera, huevos, levadura de cerveza, manzanas, mazorcas de maíz, melazas, patatas, pollo, productos a base de cereales integrales, queso y tomates, excelente quema grasas, además ayuda a prevenir la flaccidez muscular, quema calorías evitando que la glucosa se convierta en grasa. Protege además el sistema inmune manteniendo altas las defensas. Evita la retención de líquidos ayudando a adelgazar y evitar peso.
Hay que entender que una dieta alta en carbohidratos y baja en grasas es valiosa en el control de peso, porque tienen efectos retroactivos en el apetito y en el ritmo del metabolismo. El carbohidrato en forma de glucosa sanguínea, da energía al cerebro y controla los “antojos” de azúcar (por la hormona de la insulina). La insulina le dice al cuerpo: que deje de comer ya que
hay suficiente comida, incrementa el ritmo metabólico ya que cuenta con la energía disponible, crea y retiene proteína ya que hay carbohidratos disponibles para consumo, antes que aminoácidos. La deficiencia de cromo provoca la diabetes. Una buena nutrición de cromo, beneficia la sensibilidad a la insulina. Se cree que la insensibilidad a la insulina, comúnmente vista en personas obesas, promueve la obesidad.
Durante muchos años de investigación, se logra una explicación científica muy interesante, acerca de la importancia de este elemento para la salud humana: “El PICOLINATO DE CROMO" ayuda a crear músculos, quema las grasas y elimina el colesterol, además de controlar el metabolismo del azúcar en sangre (incrementa la actividad de la insulina en el cuerpo). Se puede adquirir como un suplemento nutritivo, seguro y efectivo.
• CHITOSAN: es una fibra natural a base de
quitina (un componente principal de los exoesqueletos de los crustáceos), la cual es químicamente similar a la planta llamada celulosa. Tiene una acción atractiva a los lípidos y la capacidad de absorber grasa, actuando como una "esponja" en la zona digestiva.
Formará con la grasa un gel indigestible que eliminará por medios naturales, permitiendo que la grasa saturada que pasa por el sistema digestivo no sea absorbida por el cuerpo.
•CHITOSÁN VEGETAL: es una fibra, obtenida de vegetales y hongos 100% vegetal, no alérgeno, no modificado genéticamente, libre de metales pesados, con capacidad para atrapar grasas.
• OMEGA-3: los alimentos más ricos en este tipo de grasa son el pescado y el marisco, frutos secos y nueces. que pertenecen al grupo de grasas saludables (insaturadas) y los mono insaturados (aceite de oliva virgen). Reducen los niveles de colesterol en el cuerpo.
• ECA “Efedrina, Cafeína, Aspirina”: incrementa la utilización de las calorías para generar calor (termogénesis). Aumenta la pérdida de grasas y ayuda a conservar más masa muscular. Esta combinación es estimulante, puede provocar nerviosismo, insomnio y aumento de presión arterial. Lo cual, ante el menor indicio de padecer alguno de estos síntomas, se debe suprimir la ingesta.
El elemento químico efedrina es un alcaloide derivado de un arbusto de la familia Ephedraceae, que contiene no menos de 1,25% de alcaloides bajo la forma de efedrina.
La cafeína no es exclusividad del café, esta se
encuentra en muchas plantas y tiene una acción especial sobre el organismo. Beneficiosa si se consume en cantidades adecuadas, o perjudicial si se abusa de ella. Es un alcaloide y forma parte de una mezcla de sustancias insolubles como la mateína (mate), teína (té), guaranina (guaraná).
La aspirina (ácido acetilsalicílico) se extrae de la corteza del sauce blanco (Salix alba), que posee una sustancia con cualidades terapéuticas como calmar la fiebre y aliviar el dolor.
